We love our St. George get away! You will love staying in this luxurious, well-stocked townhome...an amazing place to spend your vacation!
The two-story home boasts two primary suites with high-quality king beds and flat-screen tvs in each. The additional bedroom is fitted with a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed underneath--great fun for kids! The upstairs loft has a sofa sleeper, an additional flat screen TV and two ottomans that fold out to twin-size beds for additional guests. We also have two fold-out, twin-size floor mattresses for additional sleeping options.
The fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of room for 10 people to eat at the table and granite island. The family room and upstairs loft allow spacious gathering areas for TV/movie viewing (some DVDs provided), game playing (several games and puzzles provided) or just hanging out.
The backyard with grass and patio area includes space to play and visit as well. With a gas BBQ, dining tables, seating, a large shade umbrella and gas fire table, you can enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors.
On-site enjoy two pools, hot tubs, fitness room and spacious clubhouse with kitchen. There is also a children's playground. Adjacent to the property is a park with large fishing pond and picnic area.
Complementary wi-fi is provided in the home. For security, a video camera is located in the garage. Additional cameras are located at the community pool.

Summary: We've stayed at this townhouse previously and would definitely come back again. If fact, we have it reserved for our trip to southern Utah next year. Julie is a great host & the townhouse has everything we need. We like the location close to the freeway with ready access to lots of other things.

Summary: We had a great stay in this Washington townhome. Kitchen was fully stocked. Townhome was very comfortable and spacious. Had lots of adventures near-by in Zion & on the local mountain bike trails. Lots of great restaurants in this area.

Summary: This property is exactly as stated and shown. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything you could need for cooking and staples is available. It was a great proximity to a ton of great hiking and activities. The hosts were super proactive in replying and sending information. Would absolutely stay here again

Summary: We had a great stay in the house. It had everything that we could ask for. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything that you could need. I appreciated all the condiments. We were able to start the day with breakfast and made to go lunches. The coolers were a bonus. We used the house as a base be fire we went to Zion and the Grand Canyon.It was great to come back and relax in the hot tub and the living room watching a movie. We would definitely comeback and rent here. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Julie and Jeff are fantastic, and their home is flawless. Everything you could need is available to you. Their responsiveness to any question or assistance is nearly immediate. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope it will become a regular thing. We absolutely love St. George and their home's location is ideally suited to some of the most beautiful national parks and some of the most fantastic, affordable golf anywhere. Bravo Julie and Jeff.
